Obstacle Course Complex (Window) PP14.812.S.XX.C
The obstacle course complex is a modular prefabricated structure and consists of two metal supports, five infill bars and wall panels.
Bearing poles and crossbars of the complex are made of metal profile pipe with a cross-section of at least 100x100 mm. The top of the open post ends with a plastic cap made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm.
The wall panels are made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm.

All fasteners, brackets, turnbuckles, eyebolts and chains are made of stainless steel.
The corners and edges of any user-accessible part of the equipment are rounded with a radius of at least 3 mm.
Plastic plugs are installed on the ends of the supporting posts, on the places of the necessary threaded connections and on the ends of pipes (profiles) accessible to the user.
Metal elements are powder coated, except for stainless steel elements.
The welds are smooth and eliminate the possibility of injury to users on contact.
Wood materials are free of surface imperfections.
Spaces and joints between equipment elements prevent users' body parts and clothing from getting stuck.
The design allows for adult access in circumstances requiring unaided assistance to the user.
In order to improve product quality and safety, changes (image, dimensions, etc.) may be made to the product documentation.
Materials:
Metal profile pipes are made of carbon and alloy steels. Alloying additives increase the strength and corrosion resistance of steel and reduce the risk of brittle fracture. The rounding radius of square and rectangular shapes of rolled pipes should not exceed twice the wall thickness.
Low Pressure Polyethylene (HDPE) is made of multilayer, non-toxic, deep-coloured polyethylene and is a plastic sheet of various thicknesses and colour combinations. It is characterised by high strength characteristics and chemical resistance. It is resistant to water, does not react with alkalis of any concentration, with solutions of neutral, acidic and basic salts, organic and inorganic acids. Ecological, difficult to ignite material.
