Carousel FN08.060.Х

The carousel shall be a stable structure that ensures safe rotation of seating for children around a vertical axis and shall consist of a support, a central axis, a table, a frame, 2 seats, a platform and 2 handrails.
The support shall be a metal circle with a diameter of at least 100 mm and a platform made of metal sheet with a thickness of at least 5 mm, with braces welded to it, made of metal sheet with a thickness of 5 mm.
The central axle must be made of metal pipe with a diameter of at least 90 mm. The central axle is to be topped by a table made of HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm.
The frame should be made of metal pipe with a diameter of at least 40 mm and profile pipe with a cross-section of at least 20x20 mm.
The carousel platform shall be made of 3 mm thick corrugated stainless steel sheet.
The handrails must be made of metal pipe with a diameter of at least 27 mm. Two seats made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm shall be attached to them.

All fasteners, brackets, turnbuckles, eyebolts and chains are made of stainless steel.
The corners and edges of any user-accessible part of the equipment are rounded with a radius of at least 3 mm.
Plastic plugs are installed on the ends of supporting posts, on the places of necessary threaded connections and on the ends of pipes (profiles) accessible to the user.
Metal elements are powder coated, except for stainless steel elements.
Welded seams are smooth and exclude the possibility of injury to users on contact.
Wood materials have no defects on the surface.
Spaces and joints between equipment elements do not allow users' body parts and clothes to get stuck.
The design provides for the possibility of access by an adult in circumstances requiring unauthorised assistance to the user.
In order to improve the quality and safety of the product, changes can be made to the product documentation (image, dimensions, etc.).

Materials:
Wooden timber consists of planed lamellas glued together in thickness on smooth fugue. It is allowed to splice lamellas along the length. When splicing lamellas along the length, the joints must be at least 300 mm apart. The glue used for gluing the lamellas by thickness to the smooth fugue is glue of the high water resistance group of the D4 class DIN EN 204. The glued laminated timber is made of wood of "resistant" or "medium resistant" classes and is subjected to special treatment. The ribs of the glued laminated timber are rounded on 4 sides with a radius of at least 3 mm.
Metal profile pipes are made of carbon and alloy steels. Alloying additives increase the strength, corrosion resistance of steel, reduce the risk of brittle fracture. The rounding radius of square and rectangular shapes of rolled pipes should not exceed twice the wall thickness.
Laminated plywood is made of birch husked veneer, which is the thinnest sheets of wood. The veneer sheets are impregnated with formaldehyde resin glue and then glued in special chambers where the material is pressed under the influence of high temperatures and pressure. The resins penetrate the structure of the wood and the result is a strong, water-resistant, temperature-resistant plywood sheet.
Low pressure polyethylene (HDPE) is made of multilayer non-toxic polyethylene with a deep colour layer and is a plastic sheet of various thicknesses and colour combinations. It is characterised by high strength characteristics and chemical resistance. It is resistant to water, does not react with alkalis of any concentration, with solutions of neutral, acidic and basic salts, organic and inorganic acids. Ecological, difficult to ignite material.
