Landscaping equipment (urn) UR05.146.Х

The landscaping equipment is a stable structure and consists of a frame with a metal body and side walls.
The frame is made of bent metal sheet with a thickness of at least 3 mm.
The metal body is made of a bent sheet of metal with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm and is attached to the frame.
The side walls are made of glued hardwood timber with a cross-section of at least 78x78 mm.

510х510х455
All fasteners, brackets, turnbuckles, eyes and chains are made of stainless steel.
The corners and edges of any part of the equipment accessible to the user are rounded with a radius of at least 3 mm.
Plastic plugs are installed at the ends of the load-bearing posts, at the places of the necessary threaded connections and at the ends of pipes (profiles) accessible to the user.
Metal elements are powder coated, with the exception of stainless steel elements.
The welds are smooth and eliminate the possibility of injury to users upon contact.
Wood materials do not have defects on the surface.
Gaps and joints between pieces of equipment prevent users' body parts and clothing from getting caught.
The design allows for access by an adult in circumstances requiring outside assistance to the user.
In order to improve the quality and safety of products, changes may be made to the product documentation (image, dimensions, etc.).

Materials:
Metal profile pipes are made of carbon and alloy steels. Alloying additives increase the strength and corrosion resistance of steel and reduce the risk of brittle fracture. The rounding radius of square and rectangular shapes of rolled pipes should not exceed twice the wall thickness.
The wooden beam should consist of planed lamellas, glued together in thickness into a smooth fugue. It is allowed to splice the lamellas along the length. When splicing lamellas along the length, the joints must be spaced at a distance of at least 300 mm. To glue lamellas in thickness onto a smooth fugue, glue of the increased water resistance class D4 DIN EN 204 must be used. Glued laminated timber must be made from wood of the “resistant” or “medium-resistant” classes and subject to special treatment. The edges of the laminated timber must have a rounding on 4 sides with a radius of at least 3 mm.
