Play complex BC01.111.S
The children's playground complex (playhouse) is a modular collapsible construction that provides comfortable conditions for children to play outdoors and consists of two houses with a roof and a balcony with a semicircular steel fence, connected by a tunnel passage.
The following are attached to huts 1 and 2, with a platform height of at least 150 mm: a play panel and counters. A semi-circular steel fence and a tunnel crossing connecting balcony 1 and balcony 2 are attached to balconies 1 and 2.
Bearing poles of the complex are made of metal profile pipe with a cross-section of at least 80x80 mm. The top of the open post is finished with a plastic plug.
The floor frame of the cabin and balcony is made of metal profile pipe with a cross-section of at least 20x20 mm and bent metal sheet with a thickness of at least 3 mm.
The floor of the cabin and balcony is made of wear-resistant, non-slip plywood at least 15 mm thick.
The roof of the house consists of 2 slopes with wavy edges made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm.
The steel fence is made of 2 railings and crossbars made of stainless metal pipe with a diameter of at least 26 mm.
The game panel and elements are made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm.
A set of counters consists of 3 metal crossbars with a diameter of at least 25 mm and counters made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm.
The tunnel crossing consists of a plastic pipe and panels with round holes equal to the outer diameter of the pipe. The panels are made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm

All fasteners, brackets, turnbuckles, eyebolts and chains are made of stainless steel.
The corners and edges of any user-accessible part of the equipment are rounded with a radius of at least 3 mm.
Plastic plugs are installed on the ends of the supporting posts, on the places of the necessary threaded connections and on the ends of pipes (profiles) accessible to the user.
Metal elements are powder coated, except for stainless steel elements.
The welds are smooth and eliminate the possibility of injury to users on contact.
Wood materials are free of surface imperfections.
Spaces and joints between equipment elements prevent users' body parts and clothing from getting stuck.
The design allows for adult access in circumstances requiring unaided assistance to the user.
In order to improve product quality and safety, changes (image, dimensions, etc.) may be made to the product documentation.
Materials:
Wooden timber must consist of planed lamellas glued together in thickness using a smooth laminate. It is allowed to splice lamellas along the length. When splicing the lamellas along the length, the distance between the joints must be at least 300 mm. To glue the lamellas together in thickness on a smooth fuga, a glue of high water resistance group D4 DIN EN 204 must be used. The glued laminated timber must be made of wood of "resistant" or "medium resistant" classes and must be subjected to special treatment. The ribs of the glued laminated timber must be rounded on 4 sides with a radius of at least 3 mm.
Metal profile pipes are made of carbon and alloy steels. Alloying additives increase the strength and corrosion resistance of steel and reduce the risk of brittle fracture. The rounding radius of square and rectangular shapes of rolled pipes should not exceed twice the wall thickness.
Laminated plywood is made of birch flaked veneer, which is the thinnest sheets of wood. The veneer sheets are impregnated with formaldehyde resin glue and then glued together in special chambers where the material is pressed under the influence of high temperatures and pressure. The resins penetrate into the structure of the wood and the result is a strong, water-resistant, temperature-resistant plywood sheet.
Low Pressure Polyethylene (HDPE) is made of multilayer, non-toxic, deep-coloured polyethylene and is a plastic sheet of various thicknesses and colour combinations. It is characterised by high strength characteristics and chemical resistance. It is resistant to water, does not react with alkalis of any concentration, with solutions of neutral, acidic and basic salts, organic and inorganic acids. Ecological, difficult to ignite material.
